Some of my report forms were wrong. Turbo brought that to my attention and I was able to contact firm. The firm fixed that day. I was able to timely file. Confidence in Turbo Tax is justified.
What's great about it: Ability to continue on if some information was missing. Didn't have to stop until found.
What's not so great: Can not think of a con - easy loading, easy understanding.

Using TurboTax for years. Always real simple. Even when there's an error or need to admend the return, it is always SIMPLE.
What's great about it: Very easy to navigate; step by step or just the topics needed
What's not so great: Turbo Tax does all the work.....

Dear Hamster, Please just post my overall rating! ;)
What's great about it: Loved not having to look everything up myself in the IRS book.
What's not so great: Still takes awhile (But not as long as before!! :)
Pros: My job status changed this year (switched jobs, lost a job, got a raise or promotion)

Overall I give Turbo Tax strong 4-star rating, This was my first year I used this software and was really surprised how easy it was to follow step by step instructions.
Taxes are not that scary when you have Turbo Tax on your side.

What's not so great: Sometimes suggested options by Turbo Tax gave me a smaller refund. Especially on state refund

I have used Turbo Tax for several years and love it. It is easy to understand and follow the instructions. Very thorough and leaves me feeling confident that I have submitted an accurate tax return.

Got my refund

Easy to use and easy to follow the step by step process. Don't have to be a tax preparer. If your return is uncomplicated and straight forward this is for you. For some reason program did not capture last years detail tax data for comparison. Not sure what I did wrong.
What's great about it: Easy to use, comprehensive
