I think a progression bar somewhere to show how much further you have to go would be helpful.

We have used Turbo Tax since 2006. Have not tried any other programs due to it is such an easy program to use.

Been using TurboTax for several years now. It seems to get easier to use every year. It downloads information from previous years taxes so I only have to enter my current w2 information. It walks through any other changes in easy steps. I completed my 1040A and state forms in less than an hour

Great program

You will not regret buying this program if you like to do your own taxes. I was a tax preparer for several years and have used other programs. This program is way more user friendly.
What's great about it: Easy to use, have used other programs and this one is way more user friendly
What's not so great: Don't have any cons and have used this program for several years now.

Aside from the excessive amount of time it took to load the program was extremely helpful. I have been using turbo to do my taxes since 2001 and usually am very satisfied, however, this year it took almost an hour to load the initial program. I am almost certain that it was a software issue because the computer I am using now is blazing fast!
What's great about it: The step by step guide is very helpful.
What's not so great: The program took a very long time to load and run.
