Federal easy to file but state filing stinks

Won't use again unless state e-file is free or you provide paper filing instructions.
What's great about it: Federal easy to file
What's not so great: No help in filing state returns unless using electronic, which I have to pay for.

I have used Turbo Tax for the last seven years and I love it.
It is easy to use and it doesn't take a lot of time.
What's great about it: Turbo Tax easy to use
What's not so great: I didn't have any issues with the Turbo Tax

It took about 15 tries before it finally allowed each return to be e-filed individually. Also frustrating that there were no resources to go to for help in resolving the glitch. This is my 4th year with this software and the first problem that I have experienced.
What's great about it: wonderfully easy through most of the process
What's not so great: refused to e-file the federal and state returns, insisting that an upgrade was needed. But the upgrade function said no.
