Why pay for a preparer??

This is the 4th year I have utilized TurboTax for both my Federal and State preparations. I appreciate the way it walks you through the entries, providing needed help or clarification when needed. If you make an incorrect or odd entry, the software will ask you to verify. I feel that TurboTax provides me with a solid preparation and a fair return.
What's great about it: simple steps walk you through process
What's not so great: had some delays with check-out (password acceptance)

Takes away some of the pain of paying the Man

This is the 7th consecutive year I have used Turbo Tax. I will never again attempt taxes without this product.
What's great about it: Easy-to-follow prompts; easy to import tax docs from banks and brokerages; easy to stop/re-start a return
What's not so great: some of the "help" hyperlinks don't clear up confusion

Every year the time required to fill in the correct circles and dollar amounts gets shorter. I think I've used Turbo Tax for six years now. I'm not going to use any other software because I think your company has mastered the art.
What's great about it: Susinct questions with all appropiate options of answers
What's not so great: Can't find any faults.

Very easy to follow along and the review sections made me feel confident about the results.
What's great about it: Very simple to follow along.

AWESOME SOFTWARE!

This was my first year trying to do taxes by myself. Not only did I get it done in about half an hour but it maximized my refund and took me step-by-step through the process. Definitely using it every year now!
What's great about it: Fast, helpful

FREAKING AMAZING

Turbo Tax is amazing. It is a program that walks you through the entire process and helps you with EVERYTHING!!! Files for you in a fast, convenient way and if there are any mistakes the program will go back and help you work throughit.
What's great about it: Quick and easy to follow. Fast load and update. Gets you every penny they can by walking you through the entire list
What's not so great: nothing
