Turbotax makes it easy

Turbotax makes it easier every year. You can feel confident nothing is left out and you will get your refund as fast as possible. Great product.

The federal return was pretty easy and straightforward. The state returns were a mess, though. I completely filled out one state form, then after going back into it, everything had changed. It's like it didn't register that I was filing married jointly, until after I had already filled out everything. Also, it left empty a lot of obvious fields, like current address, SSN, etc. Had I not noticed that, it probably would have transmitted the forms with those fields left blank. It makes me question whether I'm going to have trouble or not after filing because TurboTax didn't catch a lot of obvious mistakes.
What's great about it: Got a sizable return; Federal was easy
What's not so great: State returns confusing

TurboTax was very easy to use. Went through my entire tax refund process in 30-45 minutes. Would definitely recommend to other.
What's great about it: Very easy to use, and loads very quickly
What's not so great: nothing really
Pros: My job status changed this year (switched jobs, lost a job, got a raise or promotion)

Done in one night easy

Great ease in the whole process. Considering it's taxes this program makes life a lot easier. I always compared it to going to the dentist considering all the pain involved but with this you get paid with the refund. Thanks for making this a pain free experience.
What's great about it: W-2 loading saved plenty of time,
What's not so great: They're taxes.

Best Way To File Tax

I have been filing taxes with Turbo Tax for last 3 years and am very satisfied.
What's great about it: Easy, Friendly And Accurate
What's not so great: Didn't Find Any

Did my usual federal and purchased the Arizona state as my son is going to school there. Saved him $175 over his calculations.
What's great about it: so simple it is almost on autopilot
What's not so great: None, even the low price is a good deal
