Usually tax work can be completed in a short evening once documentation has been gathered
What's great about it: Easy to do with all the necessary information
What's not so great: Sometimes the errors are a little difficult to correct

harder this year

My recollection about previous years was that I just sailed through the process. This time it consumed the better part of two days. I think I may have been confused by importing income documents and then having to go through numerous steps when the dollar amounts were already on the individual forms.
What's not so great: but i really don't know why.
