What's great about it: Self-Help from others who have the same question

I have paid for tax service in the past that cost too darn much, especially when I'm intelligent enough to prepare my own taxes. TurboTax is user friendly and asks the important questions in an easy to understand way. Thank you TurboTax for saving me a truckload of money over the years!

Great product that saves you money.
What's great about it: Walked me through it all, as it has for the past 7yrs.
What's not so great: Not as fast as the advertisements make it sound, It took me a couple of hours to do all of it.

I know when I sit down to do my taxes with Turbotax that the only frustration that I will have is that I didn't start doing it this way sooner. The forms are user friendly and with your help, I found deductions that I didn't even know I could take. Life is good and my taxes are done and filed!
What's great about it: Quick and easy, no stress tax prep.
What's not so great: None
Pros: My job status changed this year (switched jobs, lost a job, got a raise or promotion)

appreciated help w/ medical expenses, HSA account, retirement income. these were all new for me this year. understand all the work sheets. but they need to be kept to a minimum. state ES form amounts should be editable.
What's great about it: side by side reveiw w/ previous years. copying over personal info
