Makes the Unpleasant Almost Pleasant

I had a question about how to go about adjusting my medical expenses to account for amounts covered with funds from my pretax Flexible Spending Account (FSA). I readily found the answer to my question on-line so the "con" I've mentioned here is a minor one. But I have to think this is a very common question. I'd like to suggest that Intuit adjust the process to ask if any of one's personal medical expenses were covered by funds from an FSA account - a simple adjustment that would make a smooth process even smoother.

Taxes Simplified

Years ago I used to do my taxes with filling in the paper forms. Since I discovered TurboTax I have found that it is so much easier. There is great help online too if I have any questions. Overall this has simplified my taxes.

The ease with which I was walked through the process was great. However when we reached the point of e-filing, difficulties occurred. It took several attempts over two days before being finalized.
Accessing option of mailing State return was not easy.
