Process went well. Once load the program didn't check for updates, esp. in the area of NYS sales tax. Gave old information until I prompted it to look for updates.
What's great about it: Easy step by step process!
What's not so great: Some areas are confusing - didn't load guickly!

Easy way to Complete Taxes

Used Turbo Tax for my tax returns for at least the last 10 years and I think the program continues to improve. The question/answer format is easy to follow and in almost all situations, you feel that you are in control of the process.
Summary, easy to use and fast.

What's great about it: Fast and easy to follow and insert the information
What's not so great: In a few places, not sure if applying correct info
Pros: My job status changed this year (switched jobs, lost a job, got a raise or promotion)

I've been using Turbo Tax for a goodly number of years and have always been satisfied with the content and service.

I have been using Turbo Tax for years now. Made the mistake of switching once, BIG MISTAKE. Will not do it again.

No Worries

I have used Turbo Tax for years and could not be more satisfied.
Any forms I have needed over the years for special deductions or declarations have been provided. I have used Turbo Tax for business and personal tax returns and they have always come through for me. I have never been audited and feel Turbo Tax has been a very big part of the reason. I would refer any one to Turbo Tax if they asked for a good reliable tax company. Thank you Turbo Tax for helping me.

Multiple attempts for both myself and spouse to get acceptance on State tax. Program indicating no error. but no rejection from state

Since the program asks for everything & shows what happened last year, I am confident there will be no errors. The only nuisance is constantly having to reload the disk I purchased; often after updates.

A Poor Alternative To Do Your Taxes

I personally would not recommend Turbo Tax as they have no save button clearly indicated on each work screen.
What's great about it: If you are aware of how to save your file on your computer it works
What's not so great: No personal support excuse is "it's tax time and our agents are buys."
