Always gets me the most money!!

I would recommend this to anyone - very simple and easy to understand. Always gets me the most money back. Very quick, and you don't have to make an appointment and wait on the tax person - because it"s you!!
What's great about it: very simple to use and understand
What's not so great: I do my return in january and sometimes have to wait for the irs to have latest updated forms

Pretty easy for a 1st timer

Being a 1st timer I'm always scared I did something wrong...don't want to end up owing more or getting audited. I've always paid big bucks to get my taxes done. If this return goes OK, I'll be filing this way every year.
What's great about it: Step by step instructions
What's not so great: Still don't understand everything fully...but who does.

I like TT and have used it for several years and will continue to use it in the future. Thanks so much for all the help!!
What's great about it: Easy to go through and if I fet stuck ... just look for the answer right there.
What's not so great: Keep repeating some items.... quesitons.
Pros: My job status changed this year (switched jobs, lost a job, got a raise or promotion)

Thank you for this product. It retains my privacy, I can work on taxes at my own pace, I can easily compare to last year. It is convenient to follow the guide step by step and just as easy to go back to an entry through the "explore on my own" choice. I feel confident that it is done right. I have nothing but positive to say!

What's great about it: Helpful on some guidlines.

Great way of doing taxes. Easy and simple just takes awhile to figure it out. Each year is easier.

Should be called "Taxes for Dummies"

I love how easy Turbo Tax is to use, even when things are a bit complicated. It walked me through everything, and even double-checks your answer if it doesn't think you're right. It helped with complicated things like child support, divided assets due to a divorce, and sale of a property. I feel completely confident that my tax return is correct and that I won't be audited.
This is a must-buy for the tax prep do-it-yourselfer!
What's great about it: Easy to use, fast, no previous tax experience necessary
What's not so great: None!
