Bank Routing number
on March 26, 2014

The bank routing and account number on the state form is not automatically populated from the previous year's form. Also Turbo Tax does not ask the information until after you print a preview copy, which caused me to print another copy with the bank information.
What's not so great: Had to repopulate on State form
Really nothing bad I can say about TurboTox, perhaps the only way to accomplish a thorough review would be to have a CPA also do my taxes and compare the results with what TurboTax did. But not about to spend the money on a CPA once Turbo finishes and the results seem to be about what I expected.
What's great about it: Turbo is a very helpful program in walking the novice through the painful process.
What's not so great: It does seem to miss some items such as sales tax, it did not ask me about that item.
Pros: My job status changed this year (switched jobs, lost a job, got a raise or promotion)
It walked me right through everything. I have confidence that my taxes are done correctly plus I am getting a much larger refund than I anticipated. Great product.
What's great about it: Easy, accurate and thorough.
Wish the system had told me to enter the medical expenses from H.S.A. account, even though I already knew they were not deductible - that took me a while to figure out- makes sense to enter but I was afraid I'd be double counting
What's great about it: Easy to use -
What's not so great: Enter expenses from an H.S.A. account
Have been using TurboTax since first came out. This year I noticed that when finish with one section did not automatically move to next, but took back to menu view.
What's great about it: easy to follow instructions...especially when moving between views
What's not so great: some terms were unfamiliar, particularly depreciation
