Great program, easy to use. The more you use it, the easier it gets. Especially when you can import all of your information from last year to the current year.

2013 Turbo tax, easy

I have used Turbo Tax for years. It makes the process easy. It leads you to the next topic to input your information. There are also help topics where you can enter questions or look at other's questions to get advise. Turbo tax uses easy to understand language for those of us who do not speak taxes.
What's great about it: Turbo tax walks you through the tax process easily

I have used Turbo Tax for years and for me it is the only way to go. I had to amend to previous returns and it was fast and accurate wit Turbo Tax.

No refund for me

Have used Turbo Tax for many years, each year it gets a little better and easy to use. I am a VITA/TCE tax Volunteer for the elderly. 2014 was my first year as a TCE Volunteer. We are using TaxWise online and it is not easy nor is it intuitive like TurboTax. I continue to use TurboTax for all my families tax returns.
What's great about it: intuative, pulls in W2 and Investment data automatically
What's not so great: none that I could find

I expect continuing a return to take me back to exactly where I left off, not at a higher level menu. Otherwise, no issues.
