I made a mistake and checked a box for Canceled Debt and could not uncheck. I searched the Help section and found that I could delete the form which I did. There should be an option to undo or uncheck without having to delete the form from the return.
What's great about it: Very easy
What's not so great: Can be confusing (some of the obsure forms)
This has been an ongoing issue that I had hoped would be solved this year. Usually the withholding is note posted to one of the cities and if there are credits for taxes paid to another city, they do not compute. I have been forced to use the cities websites to file city returns.
What's great about it: Ease of use and federal and state accuracy
What's not so great: Processing of city returns when taxapayer is taxed in two or more cities

Can you please provide a phone number that I can talk to a representative about my issues with Turbo Tax. If I'm unable to file with TurboTax, I'm going to request a refund. Time is running out.
What's great about it: None, unless I get some help
What's not so great: Unable to print - only get print review - please fix
We are retired so our tax returns are fairly simple but still require a lot of calculations relating to social security, pensions, RMDs, returns on investments, etc. I started our taxes yesterday and had information entered within a couple of hours. There was one question for our investment advisor. That was answered late yesterday and I added that information and e-filed in a half hour this morning. All that remains is to write a check to the IRS, with the voucher printed out via Turbo Tax. State return was completed almost simultaneously and refund will be direct deposited.
Don't see how it could have been easier and am already making plans to help a friend use TurboTax. Thanks for a great product.
What's great about it: Taxes finished in a few hours, from organizing to filing and printing
