Easy way of doing taxes and feel good that things are done correctly.
What's great about it: easy walk through of tax return
What's not so great: need to automatically update forms. etc before starting/restarting tax return

Short on AMT help

Overall I love turbo tax. I've used it for years. Electronic import from my various accounts went very smoothly this year. The one thing I really don't like is the treatment of AMT. Turbo tax offers no help and leaves it completely up to the user. They should fix this, or at least offer it in the next level up and alert the user of this.
What's great about it: Makes taxes easy and fast
What's not so great: AMT help is non existent

Feel Confident I Filed Correctly

I remember commenting on last year's software and noticing that changes were made to improve the item on which I commented. It had to do with the home credit. I love that now I can see a running balance of what I've paid.
What's great about it: Love the transfer of information from previous year
What's not so great: A couple of forms I was unaware of

2014 was a bit easier

Turbo did it again for me. have used Intuit for many years (how many???) I appreciate the improvements. i have many friends that say "I let someone else handle it" but I find Turbo to be so convenient and easy to use that i come back year after year even as my tax situation gets a bit more complex each year!
What's great about it: pulled most of my 2012 info; interviews seemed easier; did not hang up
What's not so great: still hard to go back to a specific question
Pros: My job status changed this year (switched jobs, lost a job, got a raise or promotion), I bought or sold investments

TurboTax makes doing taxes fun

I've used TurboTax for several years now. It is a wonderful product that makes filing taxes a breeze.
Over the last 12 years...I've used TurboTax 10 out last 12 times. I've only used outside assistance on years where a significant change happened in my life (one year started a partnership and the other year when my wife and I got married).
My favorite feature is that the previous years taxes carry forward. Furthermore, it's even more beneficial to be able to compare differences between the current and prior year...just for checks and balances....and peace of mind.
Excellent product!! I highly recommend using it!!

Sorry expierence

Having a lot of trouble e-filing. Program won't let me submit and get a pin #. I had never experienced this before, and I have used TURBO TAX for several years.
What's great about it: nice to use

This Turbo Tax Deluxe Software was very easy to use. I have been using Turbo Tax for over 10 years now and would highly recommend it to others.
What's great about it: Makes things real simple
What's not so great: make both state and federal fileing free

Taxes Made Easy

I've been using TurboTax for years but this year I had numerous big changes - got married, switched a house to rental, received an inheritance. I was ready to pay someone to do my return but given my past history with Turbo Tax I decided to try it first.. It worked like a charm and no stress working through it!
What's great about it: Easy to follow Step By Step, but also easy to switch to Let me choose made and switch back again
What's not so great: Nothing worth mentioning
