Certainties in life...

Overall, very good, have used Turbo for several years, it gets better each year.
What's great about it: Fast, well organized, good tool tips
What's not so great: not crazy about paying the extra fee to file state taxes

Easy set up. Step by step directions were great as always. Thank you so much for saving me money, and allowing me to get the best possible refund.
What's great about it: Easy, Quick and amazingly fun. Even my wife could do it!

Great product that gave me peace of mind

I bought the TurboTax Deluxe Edition for the first time this year because I no longer qualified for the free edition. I am soooo happy I did because the other tax preparing sites I tried had me owing money to the IRS. But after putting all of my information into the TurboTax Deluxe Edition, I ended up receiving an awesome refund instead of owing the government money. Oh, and not to mention, they also had other really useful tools like the ability to import my W2 and leverage Mint.com for my 2014 deductions. This is a great product, and provided me with a win I really needed this year - thanks Turbo Tax!
What's great about it: Way better than the free version online - A lot more help available for even common tax situations
What's not so great: Not quite as much detail on miscellaneous deductions and temporary jobs away from home

I have been using TurboTax for over 15 years. I love being able to fill in the information as I find it's needed. Turbo tax asks questions so you don't leave out important receipts or income. I am very pleased with the product.
What's great about it: accuracy and privacy together.
What's not so great: help screens need larger print please

Great transition into adulthood!!

For a new adult to the working world fresh out of college and terrified of this new world I have stepped into, TurboTax might just be the greatest breath of fresh air I have had thus far. It is so easy to use, I can guarantee accuracy especially with the error check, and I feel confident that it was all done timely and submitted properly. I wish there were more stars in the "overall rating area." The UX designers and UI devs that worked on this program and absolutely amazing, I wish I could personally thank each and every one of them. Thanks again for helping me get a sleep tonight and having a pain free evening filling out my taxes!!
What's great about it: Extremely Intuitive
What's not so great: Honestly don't have any!

2013 Tax for Fed and State

Easy to use, but need to understand everything myself so not sure of the value. Fees not explained clearly (had to pay to e-file state tax) the $ amount was not identified until I got to the filing stage.
What's great about it: Easy to use
What's not so great: A mindless (trash in trash out) guarentee only good if I am good

Turbo-Tax Delux

I was able to complete my taxes with minimal effort. I left the task for days and came back to where I left. All questions were ans. quickly and that made the filing a pleasure.
What's great about it: No Misstakes
