User Friendly

As a user of TurboTax since the 1990's, I have generally found improvements with each subsequent year. While the tax code has not been simplified, TurboTax continues to simplify the process.
What's great about it: All topics explored in a logical and user-friendly format
What's not so great: Too many ads and offers when I simply want to finish and submit
Pros: My job status changed this year (switched jobs, lost a job, got a raise or promotion)

I have used Turbo Tax for years. I have tried the others in the past, but this is by far and away the easiest to use. All of your questions are answered online.
What's great about it: easy to use, guides step by step
What's not so great: none

I have been using Turbo Tax for several years and the product keeps getting better. I only had trouble with the "review" section where I could not figure out how to change the number 0 to a blank value in Schedule C. Other than that it was painless

What I need when I need it

I love being able to go through everything and make my own decisions about my tax situation. I have often run different scenarios wondering what would best represent me and my situation.
What's great about it: Very thorough and complete
What's not so great: Bit long winded but for those who don't understand it is complete
