Turbo simplicity

Simple and ease of use. Sometimes you play with things to see outcomes and there is no way to do that. Must do all way thru and then erase or type over to get other choice.
What's great about it: Ease of use, quick and efficient
What's not so great: Would like some choices as to different results

Love Turbo Tax--however: I live in AZ and although my medical deductions are not enough for itemizing on my federal return, I am able to do so on my state. It's always an ordeal to print out the federal Schedule A separately, which must be included in the filing of the state return. Turbo Tax needs to recognize you are doing this and automatically print it--navigation is tricky sometimes to get to that specific form (1040 Schedule A) to print it for filing with the state return.
What's great about it: Awesome--step by step questions to make sure you don't miss anything
What's not so great: Sometimes difficult to navigate if you need to go to a particular area AFTER you are way past it

What's great about it: Have been using TurboTax for a number of years and the 2013 version was the most informative and easiest to use.

Easiest Way to File your taxes

My financial situation is generally simple and straight forward. I have used TurboTax for years and every time it has made the process of filing a return as enjoyable as it could be.
What's great about it: Easy and Convenient
What's not so great: I had to pay the IRS

Turbo Tax

Overall, Turbo Tax is very easy to use especially if you can do it uninterrupted. It is very helpful that it stores previous years info and transfer the federal info to your state.
What's great about it: You do the calculations and I don't have to be concerned about the percentages for this and that. Have my previous year
What's not so great: You can't read my mind or know automatically if something is pre-tax or post tax dollars.
