Better Than I Thought

I enjoyed using this instead of having to sit in an office for long periods to be waited on. It allows you to complete the forms at your own pace.
What's great about it: Extemely comprehesive, relatively quick
What's not so great: No real cons, just make sure you have all your paperwork available

2013 taxes

The only problem was that after I fixed all errors and the system said it was error-free and I went to print it, it said there were errors. I went back and did it again and got the same result. I have asked the help service why this happened.

Quicker Than You Think

The software is very easy to use and asks all the right questions and allows you to skip the ones that have nothing to do with you.
What's great about it: Easy questions and thorough
What's not so great: Cost of e-mailing returns

The Michigan return used to have the ability to click on deductions for giving to food banks schools etc. this is missing...We need it back!

Been using Turbo Tax since 1991. Always relied upon its accuracy and have never been audited.

In some cases language was used that was not defined.
What's great about it: Fairly easy to use
What's not so great: Found errors that were not there.
Pros: My job status changed this year (switched jobs, lost a job, got a raise or promotion)

For a non-accountant, Turbo Tax is simple and friendly. Anyone can easily complete and file their taxes with Turbo Tax
What's great about it: Easy to use. Comprehensive instructions. User Friendly
What's not so great: Non that I found
