Turbo-tax review

I have been a Turbo-tax user for many years and have found it to be easy with clear instructions and easily transfers data from my Quicken records.
What's great about it: Easy transfer of data from Quicken
What's not so great: none

Outstanding Results

I am trying to print a copy for my records and the print program takes me to NITRO and I cannot go any further in printing off my forms.
What's great about it: Liked the way that all items were on track from previous year and had information available.
What's not so great: Do not like the print process after completion

Not User Friendly

I had to use many "work-arounds" because some of the forms I needed weren't provided in the software. I haven't had this problem in previous years. Shouldn't the program include ALL IRS forms??
I have found Turbo Tax 2012 and 2013 to be difficult and frustrating to use. Definitely NOT user friendly! When trying to use the step-by-step, many questions were unclear and/or didn't have an appropriate response for my situation.
I will be looking at other tax software programs for 2014 or possibly hire a tax-preparer. The small added cost may very well be worth it to avoid all of the problems I encountered in this version of Turbo Tax.
What's great about it: Have used TurboTax for over 15 years so I'm familiar with it.
What's not so great: Product has not been user friendly for the last 2 years plus there are many needed forms not included.

Simple to perform

IRS rules and regulations are far too complex and Turbo Tax does a great job sorting thru it all to provide the best outcome possible.
What's great about it: stepped thru clearly
What's not so great: time consuming - necessarily due to IRS procedures

I e filed fed but can't print PA state to mail and while I get a refund it doesn't cover the cost
