very dependable

I have been using TT for ever! It has helped me through a divorce and all the issues, three children growing up, being single and thne remarried with all the tax issues to go with it.
I really like being able to download from investment services and banks- that rocks!

Good as Usual

I use the step-by-step method and it is very easy and quick. The ability to directly download brokerage statements makes it especially quick.
What's great about it: Easy. Don't have to know much about taxes.
What's not so great: Nothing

Pain free taxes

It's a very helpful product and worth the purchase price. Makes it easier to do taxes. Only critical comment would be the text size on some of the reference screens being too small.
What's great about it: Ease of use, completeness
What's not so great: Some reference screens are very small print

Not Taxing!

I have used several versions of TurboTax for several years and have found the process to be very straightforward. I have a high level of confidence in TurboTax.
What's great about it: Easy to use
What's not so great: A couple of places asked a yes/no question, but did not have a place to answer yes/no

I tried other tax program one year but came back to Turbo. I feel confident using their software and have used it for over 30 years.
What's great about it: Trustworthy.

HAD TO GO INTO MY DOCUMENTS TO PRINT. LAST YEAR I JUST CLICKED ON PRINT IN THE TURBO BOX. IT WOULD NOT PRINT FROM THE TURBO PAGE, VERY FRUSTRATING.

Pretty Much What I Expected

I've used TT for probably 15-20 years. Same good product but menus are not as useful as in years past. Topic areas are too broad in the menus and it is more difficult than it should be to get to a specific area - requires searching on some topics. An example I have from this year is I wanted to print estimated tax vochers for 2014 without any pre-established values printed. Good luck in getting that done - never could figure it out. I will just go to USgov site and get them.
What's great about it: Provided a place to enter all my data with little confusion
What's not so great: Finding individual topic not as easy as it was 5 years ago
