Goodbye 2013

This year's deluxe addition was easier than past years to make changes and format is easy to understand in all areas. State tax questions where less confusing than previous years and worked well in merging federal return info. Look forward to next year's easier merging of tax info into 2014 returns.
Every year right after I hit transmit, it asks new questions and one year even added a new amount I owed (like $120 or more and no way to stop it and find out why. Printing it out doesn't solve the mystery. Every year I say never again, but the idea of entering all the info into another company's forms convinces me to use your rollover feature from last year's info. Drives me nuts and I wouldn't recommend this to anyone. I'm a sucker again!!!
What's great about it: Carried over last year's info
What's not so great: EVERY year it says everything is checked and ready to file - I hit file and it comes back with new questions.
Have been using TurboTax for almost 20 years, only complaint is the cost of a State Efile was almost as much as the entire Turbo Tax Software!! Not cool!
What's great about it: Easy and consistent from year to year!
What's not so great: Cost of State Efile almost as much as T Tax Software!!
I have been using Turbo Tax to file my taxes for as long as I can remember. It's easy to use and guides me step by step through each section of my return to ensure nothing is overlooked. By using Turbo Tax, I don't have to spend a lot of time learning about all the tax law changes each year, as they take care of it. It makes filing my tax return as easy as possible.
What's great about it: Downloading the W-2; copying over last year's info; step by step guide
What's not so great: Having to pay to eFile state return
