Repeat Customer - Great Product!

The education sections do not contain the in-program help resources like the other income/deduction sections. You have to go out the IRS website to get the help you need.
What's great about it: Ease of use; continual updates; data import capability

I'll stick with Turbo Tax

I will definitely be sticking with Turbo Tax from here on out. It is by far the easiest and fastest way to file. Other than my small return I have no complaints about Turbo Tax.
What's great about it: Turbo Tax is so simple to use!
What's not so great: Other than the small return the program was great.

Straight forward, but thorough

I've been doing my own taxes with TurboTax for years and I'm familiar with the software. My taxes are neither basic, nor too complicated and the software does what I need it to do.

Federal and Maryland 2013

The user interface is generally very good and easy to use. However, a consequence of this is that some things are not well explained, especially for the State Return.
It would be good to have an option onboard (without having to go out to other web-sites etc.) to understand a little better how things are being calculated.

What's great about it: User interface for Federal is excellent. That for MD is reasonable.
What's not so great: Not everything well explained, especially differences with last year.

Quick and easy

What's not so great: wasn't sure my payments went through since it didn't give me a receipt and I owed both state and federal
