2013 Tax Filing Experience

Generally very satisfied with Turbo Tax. Have been using it for many years. For the price of the software, consider including at least one free state tax filing. I never purchase this option since I can file my Connecticut taxes online for free anyway. You would be doing your customers a great service and generate a lot of good will by including one free state filing.
What's great about it: Simple, easy to use interview method
What's not so great: Too many "upsell" interruptions

Great, once again

Once again TurboTax comes through. This year was going to be more complicated because we bought and sold a house. I was concerned that this would be too complicated for TurboTax, but it worked out very well.
What's great about it: Easy to use
What's not so great: Lots of buttons to press

Was a lot simpler and less intimidating than I thought it would be. Also was half the cost of taking it into the typical tax preparers.

Family Taxes Done

It is a nice logical way to perform a task I always wait till the last minute even though I get refunds. It makes the task "fun" and I stick with it until I am complete. I have tought my children how to utilize the program and they are now steady users.
What's great about it: Ability to compare with previous submittals
What's not so great: I really don't have any cons

overall good. I would like to look at some record keeping for some of the areas in deductions. If I had handy records I may have been able to Itemize deductions. Keyword MAY
What's great about it: most of questions easy to follow
What's not so great: a few entries where no numbers exixted on 1099 forms

I have used TurboTax for a long time, and it has always made my work a lot easier.
What's great about it: It is so easy to do taxes, and all the calculations are done automatically
What's not so great: None that I have found

I've been using turbo tax for years. Easy and convenient. Been a TurboTax Advantage member as well. Love the free quicken software.

Saved hundreds of dollars in CPA fees by using Turbo Tax. It was easy to use and every step was explained!
What's great about it: Excellent!!!! Very easy to use.
