excellent....IMPROVES EVERY YEAR
Need to make users very aware that they need to save each time they leave...too much margin for error. My 2012 return information was lost
What's great about it: very quick and accurate
What's not so great: little short on SEP IRA
Pros: My job status changed this year (switched jobs, lost a job, got a raise or promotion)

This is the 4th year in a row that we have used this, and altogether, I think we've used Turbo Tax at least 7 years. It is a very efficient and thorough process for submitting tax returns, especially if your returns are a little involved.
What's great about it: Very efficient process
What's not so great: Contained Step-by-step Error / omission for submitting long-term care insurance payment on WI State form

Overall, I like using TurboTax, and I keep coming back to it every year. It is easier to use than other tax packages.
What's great about it: easy to use, guided questions / answers help
What's not so great: had to keep scrolling down to click button - a little annoying

Smooth Process

Software caught mistake in w2 upload. For some reason it attached my w2 to my spouses name. The question came up within minutes to check and was easily corrected. My only complaint is the intense amount of scrolling with the mouse needed. Every screen is too long to fit on monitor, and after every check on income and deductions you have to scroll down again to continue.
What's great about it: Asks the right questions
What's not so great: too much scrolling

I love the ability to search tax questions and get immediate answers. It is the most affordable way to do my taxes and I know I'm getting all the deductions that our family is qualified to receive.
What's great about it: Easy to use and understand.
