I have used TurboTax for many, many years and have never regretted doing so. I have used their E-File system with great success also.
I can recommend TurboTax to prepare and file your tax returns.
What's great about it: Ease of use and completeness of the interview system.
What's not so great: None

OVERALL I FEEL VERY CONFIDENT LETTING TURBO TAX CALCULATE MY TAXES.
What's great about it: EASY AND COVERS ALL ASPECTS

Was great that this year my W2 could be easily imported. Not able previous years! Also love that TurboTax keeps track of past losses that can be claimed
