Too slow

TurboTax didn't give me previous 529 contributions until after the form that asked me to look them up.
Reviewing individual forms and navigating to them is very difficult.

I found it easy to use and understand all the way. It showed me deductions of which I was not aware.

I've been using turbo tax for the past 13 years and well satisfied with the results.
What's great about it: Turbo Tax gets better every year
Pros: My job status changed this year (switched jobs, lost a job, got a raise or promotion), I bought or sold investments

You've been doin' it right all these years, we all expect the update check at the beginning. Please fix.
What's great about it: As usual, very easy but just as confusing with no updates until end

Mostly Great

While going through all of the steps, I discovered that I could take my grandson as a dependent even though he was not a full time student in 2013. If I had done the taxes on my own, I would not have taken him as a dependent & would have lost a lot of money.
The only issue I had was trying to print the forms as a group. I tried everything I could think of, but was only able to print them one page at a time. That was very time consuming.
What's great about it: Very detailed & helped me with a dependent issue.
What's not so great: Had trouble printing the forms as a group.

Delux Version of TurboTax

Program tried to make me address educational expenses when I did not have any. Got hung up on this site for a littel bit. Otherwise, it was simple and stragint forward as usual. In fact, it seemed to be a little simplier than last year.
What's great about it: Simple and straight forward as usual
