This is a life saver to me. I have always paid so much money to have my taxes done that it usually meant no money to me. TurboTax actually helps me get money back in my pocket.
What's great about it: Found everything I needed to get the best refund, saved me time and double-checked everything.
What's not so great: Are there cons?

Excellent tool to do taxes. Makes filing easy and accurate.
What's great about it: Takes care of the data entry with using last year data
What's not so great: The step by step makes you go through the entire loop to make a correction

What's not so great: As Expected

This is the second year I cannot E-file my state form. I hate this!
The Federal errors show you which box needs changing but you WON"T show me in the SC state.
It seems very vague to say:
"Returns with Other Refundable Credits in the Payments and Refundable Credits section pm Form SC1040"

Then the undesirable statement that TurboTax does NOT
support this information to be filed electronically!

easy to use but let me know when you change things

As a retiree for over 20 years, I am technilogicly challenged. I have been using Turbotax Deluxe for the past 5 or 6 years and have been quite comfortable with it. It handles the various issues that have come up in a simple manner. This year you changed the update prompt from first thing to the end of the federal which made me think that ther was something wrong going on with the software. If that is my only complaint, I don't have much to complain about!
What's great about it: This is fast, accurate and easy to follow - even for an inexperienced old lady
What's not so great: You changed the updates form the first thing to the review at the end.

If you can read and have all paperwork, then this turbo tax is for you.
