What's great about it: Detailed but not cumbersome
What's not so great: Printing on the learn more pages is very small

Easy tax prep

I have used Turbo-Tax for years. I compared it 3 years ago with an individual who prepares taxes and found Turbo-
tax really is saving me money. Then completed my forms on Turbo-Tax. Thank you!

How can I do "what if" possibilities before I file

It would be helpful to me if you made "what ifs" easier to do. For example, my daughter (a college student) earned enough money in 2013 that she needed to file a tax return. I wanted to know if it was more advantageous for me to claim her as a dependent (i.e. using 2 exemption on my return) or have her claim herself thereby using 1 exemption on her return and 1 exemption on my return. I ran the numbers both ways and claimed her on my return. However, I have seen it more advantageous if the student claims herself. If you already have this built into your program I'd like to know how to use it.

Excellent product

Turbo-Tax is easy to use, and gives me a snapshot of my refund/liability at any given time. I would recommend it to anyone.
What's great about it: Forms were easy to fill out
What's not so great: Schedule K1 was difficult, but easier than last year.

Great Tax Prep Tool

I have used Turbo Tax for several years and find it to be an excellent tax preparation tool. I feel confident that I haven't overlooked anything and that the information is accurate just by going through the process and answering all of the turbo tax questions along the way.
What's great about it: Very easy to follow and understand; excellent "help" functions
What's not so great: I made a mistake at one point and couldn't find a way to correct it without starting over.

I have used Turbo Tax for years and this year seemed even better than any other year - fast response, simple help, super clear
What's great about it: clear, concise, helpful, no issues or questions not answered
What's not so great: had to scroll on some pages to get to the 'continue' button
