like TT but not love

would like to be able to track, trend, and chart my Gross income, tax, effective tax rate, deductions, etc ..., year over year. In fact, it would be nice if TT could chart all the way back to when I first starting using TT , which has been at least 20 years.
What's great about it: fast, easy

There's got to be an easier, simpler way. The entire process is too time consuming, robbing the American people and the economy of the productive hours dedicated to filing out forms, gathering info, tax preparations and filing.
What's great about it: great service, used turbo tax repeatedly, consistent from year to year. easy to use.
What's not so great: price continues to increase.

I am a regular user of Turbo Tax and they get better every year.
All basic information is saved so next year start up will be a breeze. As long as I have all necessary paper work handy and answer questions as if I was talking with an accountant, Turbo Tax does the rest. I am 100% satisfied and confident with Turbo Tax.

I have used Turbo Tax for 20+ years. I couldn't be happier with this years edition. Easy to install. Automatically updates itself quickly. Every year this product gets easier to use. Not necessarily intuitive, but much easier than others I have tried.
What's great about it: Easier to use every year
What's not so great: nada

very frustrating this year

I have used Turbo Tax for many years and have always been very satisfied. I was very frustrated this year. FOr weeks I kept getting a message that a form was missing but never an update now message. When I finally went to your site and saw that the forms were available, I received the update now message four times in less than an hour. When I finally went to file electronically, after I paid, I got a repeated transmission not available message, file by mail! After another update and download, my return finally transmitted. This was a very disappointing experience with TurboTax....I may have to go back to my Tax lady next year!
What's great about it: easy to use
What's not so great: Updates were not automatic, difficulty transmitting electronically

easy sailing

We have used turbo tax for many years & I really think the programming is easier today than it was years ago. I do 3 returns on it each year & help another person do theirs on their computer. It is sure a lot cheaper than having someone else doing the return (and you would have to have all the necessary information for them so why not do it yourself). It might be hard moving around in the program the first year but it gets easier each year.
What's great about it: easy to understand
What's not so great: hard for me to pull up Limited Partner paper
