Easy Refund

Turbo tax is extremely easy to use. It does a thorough job of walking you through each section in detail for those like me who want to make sure I do not miss anything or it will allow you to pick and choose which sections you want to work on. Doing taxes does not get any easier than this, and it costs a lot less than paying a professional to do the same thing.

Glitch

turboTax has been great, ive been using it for the past few years. This year was fine up until i went to file. It had me pay my filing fee (normal) and then came up with all these error messages. Saying that certain parts of my return wasnt correct. So i went back time and time again, and it wouldnt allow me to change it. That was really frustrating. after hours of being frustrated i finally gave up on Efiling and decided to print off and send in directly. I dont think you should be able to pay for you filing if you cant actually file that day. What if it doesnt work? Then its a hassle to prove that so i dont get in trouble. It was probably just some glitch in this years program, which happens. I just feel like having such a simple return shouldnt mess it up that much and it should be really straight forward.
What's great about it: Easy to use, usually quick
What's not so great: errors, wrong info
Pros: My job status changed this year (switched jobs, lost a job, got a raise or promotion)

I would recommend Turbo Tax to everyone. It is truly easy to use.
What's great about it: The guide is more detailed and is easy enough for anyone to use.
What's not so great: I truly enjoyed using Turbo Tax this year

Easy road

After years of doing my taxes myself, it's a pleasure to have Turbo Tax do the calculations, tax research, and expertise for me.
What's great about it: questions with help menus if needed

TurboTax has always done a great job of ensuring I receive the best refund possible. I have used TurboTax for the last 11 years and have yet to be disappointed!

Easy does it

You don't have to be a tax accountant to do your taxes. And save a lot of money.
Anyone can do it. Just read averything along the way in the step by step process, if there is anything you don't understand they have examples and explanations for everything just one click away.
I hope the keep the prices low. I am sure TurboTax don't want us go to the guy next door at .......and or other competitors

We have used Turbo Tax for years, and have never had a problem with the software. We like how thorough it is and it is easy to follow the step by step directions.
