Import of information is worth the price of admission - it just makes complicated things like a Schedule D so automatic.
What's great about it: Super refund and simplified complex returns
What's not so great: Paper blizzard at the end

TurboTax has improved through the years. As life becomes more complex, TT accurately guides me through tax preparation and I'm confident when the return has been completed ;-)

I know that I don't qualify for itemization right now. It would be nice to be given a choice up front between standard deduction or itemizing.
What's great about it: Handy way of filling out the form utilizing last year's tax forms
What's not so great: Didn't ask up front if I wanted to take the standard deduction or itemize.
Pros: I moved, I bought or sold investments

Turbo Tax is fairly easy to use. I have to say the Support Staff I needed this time around was great. She was patient and help solve the problem I was having with the purchased disk.
What's great about it: Walks you through
What's not so great: Program glitch with disk

What's not so great: Nothing on Turbo Tax but the taxes laws always change.

What's not so great: Some subjects could use a bit more explanation. The help forums are generally not helpful.

It took only a few hours to retrieve and enter the information for the federal and state tax returns. I have used Turbo Tax for multiple years now and would not change.
