Very Accurate

Simple, easy, done, even though I have to pay.
What's great about it: Don't have to interpret the tax code
What's not so great: I wish they still had the built in calculator for the value of donations
Pros: My job status changed this year (switched jobs, lost a job, got a raise or promotion)

Thorough and easy to understand

I have used three or four other online or purchase programs and none of them is close to as thorough or easy to follow as Turbo Tax. I recommend it to all me friends and I think it is the best program available to the general public.
What's great about it: Easy entry, auto fill in when possible, easy to read
What's not so great: A few areas where I had to enter info that wasn't asked intially

I've been using Turbo Tax since it first came out and it makes completing and filing your taxes so much easier than other programs! I'm a customer for life!

Easy to use

I loved the ease to work with turbo Tax. This is our second time using the App and we are happy with the results.
I waited until late March to filled up our return due to the constant updates on Federal and State forms, but other than that I believe it is great.

Easy to follow, one-thing-at-a-time instructions & verbiage; no government legalese here. Everything is done for you including looking at last year's returns.
