Great Product

I have used Turbo Tax since it first came out (sometime in the late 90's I think). Every year I buy it, use it, now I do my three kids returns with it, and I love it!
What's great about it: easy to use, walks me through each step, peace of mind
What's not so great: very little to dislike

Somehow 2013 TurboTax Deluxe Easy Steps missed the entry of estimated Federal and State tax payments in their proper sequence. Had to search for the forms after the the process was supposedly completed for both the Federal and State returns.

We were extremely disappointed with the increased level of difficulty, confusion and time to complete. Past years have been incredibly easier. For example ease of importing information and poor directions for creating a dummy federal return file for Minnesota taxes.
What's great about it: Cheaper than a tax preparer
What's not so great: Not user friendly as in the past

Great program i have used turbo tax for three years now making it even easier for me cause turbo tax is saved on the computer and transfers all the pertinent information for you . Super easy to use great product

Turbo Tax is a great tool for doing your taxes. I would recommend everyone use it.
What's great about it: Smoothing Sailing All the Way
What's not so great: Lost PIN Numbers and Passwords
Pros: My job status changed this year (switched jobs, lost a job, got a raise or promotion)

Have used Turbo tax for many years. Made filing easy for my kids who filed for first time. They didn't have a clue how taxes worked until using turbo tax. They now have a basic understanding of taxes
What's great about it: Easy to use
What's not so great: Charge for state electronic filing
Pros: My job status changed this year (switched jobs, lost a job, got a raise or promotion), I bought or sold investments

No State Forms

Turbo Tax did not have all the forms to file for state. Said they would notify and never did.

I have been using Turbo tax since 2007 and will continue to use in the future. Very user friendly.
