We've been using Turbo Tax for many years and it is simple to use because it takes you through each category needed step by step. The guidance is easy to understand and complete. Additionally, Turbo Tax always checks your work for not only numerical accuracy but also reviews items that you possibly missed. Keeping the purchase price reasonable and providing free e-filing means that more people can benefit from using Turbo Tax. Thank you for this great product. On another note, we had a small issue with our order this year and (long story short) it was handled perfectly by Turbo Tax because they listened to the problem and provided the corrective measure free of charge. To me, that demonstrates the honesty and integrity of the company and its employees.

I found Turbo Tax easy to follow & use. The directions were cear. The help section was helpfull. I would recommend.
What's great about it: Easy flow to follow. I like the transfer of personnal info from prior Turbo Tax .
What's not so great: No too much I didn't like

Turbo Tax 2013

I have used Turbo Tax for the past 20+ years. While working I was in sales and I never had a problem with my returns. Now that I am retired, it is even easier.
What's great about it: the walk-through approach was extremely easy to flow through.
What's not so great: none

CD version superior to online version!

I started my taxes online this year because I normally receive a disk in the mail and did not this year. The online version was not easy to use at all, every time I logged in the information was different and I had to keep going back and re-entering the information.
What's great about it: Safely stored on my computer and convenient.
What's not so great: Sometimes questions not easily answered by the help.
