Turbo Tax is charging me twice for the software per year. In the fall and than again in the spring when I download.

Very well organized. But for some sections it was not readily understood what information is needed.

Would like to have a worksheet to compute estimated taxes that is easy to use. Turbo tax had one in the past. Where did it go???
What's great about it: Carry forward from previos years
What's not so great: Having to pay to file state return. Particularly when you advertise the state return as free when ordering Turbo Tax.

Turbo Tax did it again!

I have used Turbo Tax for many years and it has gotten easier and easier to use. I like the user-friendly questions that are easy to understand that apply to real life!
I appreciate the calculations and suggestions for options to save $ AND the option to change my mind!
I will use Turbo Tax again, but I sure wouldn't mind spending a little less up front.

What's great about it: So Easy! Step by step guidance! Easy to understand (Well, as easy as taxes can be understood.)
What's not so great: Wish it weren't quite to expensive...

Quick and Easy

I've used this product three years in a row now, and i find it to be the most painless way to do taxes. It takes you through all the steps and makes sure that no mistakes were made. It's virtually fool proof.

File save boo boo

Please take a look at the file naming conventions. I have two family members with same letter for their first name. I imported both from last years return which I had renamed with full first names but the import default gives them a last name single first initial format. I mistakenly over wrote the first file.
What's great about it: Easy to follow - familiar

Turbo tax is very user friendly. I have been using this product for several years now. I own a small business, and TT helps me with all my business deductions. Questions are usually answered so you can understand them, and help you with your entries.
What's great about it: Thoroughly covers all topics of income and deductions.
What's not so great: I would like to see more info on items not always common, right when the question is being asked.
