My Turbo Tax e-file

After all this, I had to restart my taxes all over again and when I tried to submit the forms, they wanted to charge me for the state efile.(This was supposed to be free because of the time wasted on this yesterday) I made another call and after spending some time on the phone, I finally got a number so I could file the tax forms.
What's not so great: Was unable to submit my e-file. Spent 3 hours on the phone with an associate

Associates were most helpful and patient with me when I asked questions. And when I didn't understand something, they took additional time to explain.
What's great about it: Advisor/Help stayed online with me all the way!

I have used TurboTax for at least 5 years. Works good.
What's great about it: Easy to use; copies previous years info; has frequent forms updates
What's not so great: Scrolling is backwards

Quick & Clean Processing

Outstanding time & money saving process~
This is the program for anyone to file their taxes who is not a CEO or completely disorganized.

What's great about it: EZ to follow, updated forms, educated me to save more & register further deductions next year.
What's not so great: Going back to certain sections would be easier if that section could be type entered and accessed directly.

Great but still has bugs

I had a Sch K-1 which was a partnership which it handled correctly although I had to make some assumptions based on what was on my Sch K-1 and what TurboTax was asking. I then clicked on the S Form just to see what it was. I knew it did not pertain to my return and exited out of it. However, TurboTax kept a copy of that S Form all the way thru and kept saying it was incomplete when I did my Federal Review. I finally got it deleted for the Federal but it still carried it through to the PA State return and asked me questions about it. I had to go back to the Federal return and go into Forms view to delete the Fed and State forms that pertained to this S Form. Very annoying......
What's great about it: Ease of use, thoroughness and accuracy
What's not so great: Bug (see below)

So easy. Accessed last years file and brought over all the info made filing so easy this year. It was great.

Weak on Foreign Assets

It's very weak for immigrants who have overseas assets that have to be reported.
What's great about it: Good for standard returns
