Older versions were better.

Stop putting in new detours Simplify, keep it simple, don';t change because your fav nerd in the office has a new gimmick or the CEO needs to impress anyone or you think it is the best way to do business., No. keep what works - no new gimmicks no change because the competition is changing their stuff
Did anyone read this?????
What's great about it: I've been doing this for awhile so know how to manuver sometimes
What's not so great: I;\'ve been doing this for awhile and you always surprise me in that you make things many more difficult

Unsatisfactory

Although the IRS has accepted my e-filing, the forms say "Do not print" and indicate the return is unfinished. This is ridiculous.
What's great about it: Accurate
What's not so great: After following all instructions, I am unable to print a copy of my Federal return.

Free Version Adequate

I now do not have enough deductions for the purchased Turbo tax program. The expense for the program is wasted. I can submit my taxes using the free version and only have to pay the charge for the State.
What's great about it: simple to use
What's not so great: When using short form, expense of program not justified.

Horrible Experience

I have been using this program for 5 years now and this is the first year that the experience has been bad. Unable to put credit card info in to pay for state return and when you go to print the state return it says that do not file on it. We were forced to pay an extra 30 because it would not let us put the credit card info in. We will not be using this program next year.
What's not so great: All the glitches

I will not use your software again ever I tried it last year and I had to re file my return by mail no errors, and this year again the same problem so next year I am getting another type like HR block

Overall TurboTax was easy to use, however at the finish my taxes were not printed out. There is blank forms, incomplete partal printed forms and just plain flustrating, my state forms were all printed blank. Thanks for the aggervations. I have used Turbo Tax for 6 years in a row now, and this is the worst that you have come up with. I am disapointed in your product. Will have to look elsewhere for next years taxes.

Where's my old info?

Have always liked the way TT imported all my personal info from previous year's return. This edition would not, so I had to spend valuable time typing that info again. Disappointed in that aspect only.

EASY

TurboTax is easy to use. I have multiple jobs and deductions and it's still easy to use. I like that it walks you through each step to get a maximum deduction and asks simple questions. Awesome program!
What's great about it: Easy to answer questions; walk-through detailed guied
What's not so great: Software cost PLUS cost to submit State refund :(
Pros: My job status changed this year (switched jobs, lost a job, got a raise or promotion), I bought or sold investments
