Turbo is Great

I've used Turbo to do all my families taxes for the past 9 years and it's been soooooooooooo easy to use. I love it!

Reliable, simple to use. I've used this when we had rental properties and when we didn't anymore. Made my life tons easier to document and report.
Its great to have a quick look at the refund or taxes due throughout the process, too.
What's great about it: I don't have to look up new rules
Pros: I had a baby, I bought or sold investments

Love Turbotax

I really love TurboTax. It is very easy to use and "intuitive". The only drawback is, despite having the file and pdf from last year, it would not load my 2012 tax information. Other than that, it is a great deal and makes me feel confident that I covered all the tax bases.

I love Turbotax, especially for the Federal return. IT is easily navigated and if I have a question I can ask it with satisfactory results. The State return is kind of frustrating--not the same options to pop in and out of forms and data entry points without having to answer the same interview over and over.
What's great about it: Federal easy to use and navigate
What's not so great: State return not as wonderful to navigate

Caitlin was an absolutely god send if it wasn't for her I honestly was about to go to someone else or look for another program she was patient kind and considerate to everything that I needed. I've been in retail management for over 14 years now and I have never gotten such exceptional Customer service from some one. She was all around delightful. I'll take her If you guys ever decide to not want her!
What's great about it: Best customer service
What's not so great: Person helping should be able to see what we see

easy to do

Using turbo tax was easy they guide you through every thing you need to put in and if you have questions the help guide is useful.
What's great about it: asked specific question so it was easy to understand
What's not so great: did not download state tax exemption till the 2nd time I came back to the form.
