Wonderful as usual

The basics are great. The one flaw was that it kept saying that I didn't have the latest version immediately after updating my software.
What's not so great: e-file did not work!!!!!!!!

I've been using Turbo Tax for years now. I've tried two other tax preparation software programs. In my experience, nothing comes close to the ease of use of Turbo Tax! The simplicity of your step by step walk through process and the plain language in which it is presented is unmatched. All a fraction of what a paid tax preparer would cost.
Hours of time saved and maximized results is why I will continue to use this product! Thank you Turbo Tax...

I'm DONE, till next year

I have been a user of Turbo Tax for years. It pays for itself many times over. I used tax CPAs before, and it cost a lot, just to tell me the same information I get from Turbo Tax, which cost a lot less.
I am very happy with Turb Tax. Will use it next year and many more to come.
What's great about it: Easy of usage and the thoroughness of the tax questions.
What's not so great: Still takes a while to load.

Get'em Done

Although I had some questions I was able to fill out my return in just a few short hours. It was awesome that one of my W2's was downloadable, all I had to do was double check all of the numbers were correct. I cant believe the process was so smooth, If i wasnt sure about something I just typed in my question and the answer popped up; simple as that. I loved using this software.
What's great about it: It was simple, fast, and easy to fill out my return.
What's not so great: I was unsure of exactly where to put all of my deductions.
Pros: My job status changed this year (switched jobs, lost a job, got a raise or promotion)

Turbo Tax Deluxe 2013

I have used TT Deluxe for many years. My previous experiences with your products was very satisfactory; not so much this year.
I found 2013 TT Deluxe difficult to use. Making changes was cumbersome. I was unable to e-file even though I installed all updates. I was forced to file by mail, and that really irritated me. I will not purchase tour products for future years.

first time doing our own taxes. turbo tax was an eye opening experience to our finances. it was hard to find some deductions and easy to find others. hopefully it will get easier as the years go by. will use again next year.
