Once I completed federal and two states returns, I tried to review individual state but could not edit.
What's great about it: easy guide tied all returns
What's not so great: NY state help box not helpful

Not the first time I file with turbo tax, but some how it is worst than before.
Now they charge you for everything, from buying the state to e-file. What is not new, but before it was a bit smoother.

This year a few K1 forms were not complete until mid of March. During review, lots of bugs. Needed to go back and forward to fix. Was afraid (and still am) that something is not right.

I love Turbo Tax, but they lost their groove this year.

A BREEZE TO USE

I'VE USED TURBO TAX FOR YEARS AND I DON'T THINK IT CAN BE ANY EASIER THAN IT IS WITHOUT HAVING SOMEONE ELSE DO IT FOR YOU. THE SOFTWARE DOES AGREAT JOB OF WALKING YOU THROUGH YOUR RETURNS.
What's great about it: GUIDES YOU THROUGH EVERYTHING
What's not so great: NOTHING

What's great about it: Excellent guides through each phase of the tax system
Pros: My job status changed this year (switched jobs, lost a job, got a raise or promotion), I bought or sold investments

My Surprised Refund

I love Turbo Tax. This is my first year filing and I was nervous and afraid. Turbo Tax took the fear and concerns right from the process. I followed their instructions and I felt like I made a great accomplishment! Thank you Intuit!

The best way to do taxes

The fact you can start and stop makes it a breeze. The added peace of mind of keeping your affairs private.
What's great about it: Easy to follow, great support, fits a busy schedual.
What's not so great: None except for the whole tax scene.

Very Helpful

Turbo Tax is good in that it recalls each previous year and offers help with any problems that could occur.
What's great about it: The help phone line employees were very helpful and knowledgable.
What's not so great: I had to wait some time to be helped on the phone.
