2013 return

I felt I needed to go back through my notes and the forms, line by line to be sure I agreed with the entries. To many places where it was not clear from where the numbers camd from.
What's great about it: seems comlete
What's not so great: to many places where it is not obvious where the information came from

As simple as it gets

Have been using Turbo Tax for over 12 years now. Very easy to use, e-filing made as simple as it gets. The questions walk you through your return. You just have to make sure to pay attention to where you are at with the program to make sure you enter the proper information. (It is easy enough to correct if you make a mistake.) The program also evaluates your risk for an Audit, but if you do what your supposed to do, shouldn't be an issue.
What's great about it: Very simple to navigate through, makes tax filing easy
What's not so great: Can get confusing if you don't pay attention

A slight problem

I have used TurboTax for the last 7 years with few problems,but this time I came across across one that was really troubling but which had a simple solution, which was presented by Annette in customer service. (!-800-797-4625).The problem was that when I had completed the returns and tried to enter them I was unable to do so getting a message that I needed to download a software update,which I did several times, but which didn't solve the problem. Annette advised me to quit TurboTax, then reopen it and proceed to the entry screen and then enter the command to enter my returns. Lo and behold it accepted my returns!.Problem solved! Thank you Annette!
What's great about it: Very detailed but easy to use.
What's not so great: Problem at the end!

I have been using Turbo Tax for the last 5 years. Every year it seems to be easier than the year before. Keep up the great work. Thank you for making my tax filing such an easy experience!

Overall I love working with Turbo Tax. We have been using it for 8 years now and plan to continue using it.
What's great about it: Love the easy guide so you don't miss a thing
What's not so great: Sometimes the help feature or "explain this" can be a little vague
Pros: My job status changed this year (switched jobs, lost a job, got a raise or promotion), I moved

Fast and Easy

Turbo Tax is easy to use and for the general tax payer it is the quickest. Using their efile method makes doing your taxes almost fun.
What's great about it: Just fill in the blanks.
What's not so great: No cons.

I have been doing my Federal and State income tax returns with Turbo Tax since I first bought my first computer in 1994. First experience with the product was the program operating under DOS! That taught me that as long as you have your records in order the built in interview with Turbo Tax moved the job right along to completion and printing for mailing the return in. Now, with e-File incorporated for both Fed and State, getting the project down is even better. Been doing taxes with e-File for several years now. Turbo Tax is my 'go to' tax tool.
What's great about it: Importing important data from previous year automatic.
What's not so great: Come on! It's income tax. It's the annual pain in the …..
