Need for directions

I have been using Turbotax for many years but still have problems in using it. There are no general directions on how the program works and the best way to use it. I have had trouble using importing because some imports get duplicated and others interpret Quicken differently from my own program. A guide to using the program with a list of records needed before starting would be a great help.
What's great about it: all computations done!
What's not so great: Imports from Quicken and statements misleading and sometimes duplicated.

Turbo Tax was really easy to complete. It took you through each topic step by step. I probably would have done the short form if not for Turbo Tax.

2013 TT Review great

TT was great. Have used TT for 15 years and have seen steady improvement in the ease of use over that time. Easy in and out of the program; carryover of data from previous year complete. Will use again next year.
Wanted to print the confirmation sheet with dates, but had to use Grab in apple to get a copy; otherwise had to print entire set over.
What's great about it: Easy, flexible access to forms; start stop easy return to continue;
What's not so great: Validate failed first time filing; asked me for complete address before filing - not sure why since it was already done

There's too many "sign and" and accept pages at the end. Please use ONE. I hate having to enter the same info over and over. It's unnecessary.
What's great about it: Easy to enter all those numbers
What's not so great: You don't get to select the state return you want for free, and then it charges you an arm and a leg to get another stat
Pros: My job status changed this year (switched jobs, lost a job, got a raise or promotion)

Very easy to use, simple explanations for my tax situation (typical: homeowner, married, some investments). It would be nice if when a final update for the program and calculations download it would say so so I would know when it is ready to file.
What's great about it: Very easy touse

2013 Turbo Tax - Delux

Easy to use, especially if you have used Turbo Tax for the previous year. Covers all the topics, with plenty of helpful hints. I like that it compares this year's return to previous year.
What's great about it: Great product for the price
What's not so great: No biggies
Pros: I bought or sold investments
