The e-filing didn't work at first, and it wasn't a problem with my we-fi. However, after checking the troubleshooting and following the directions, it worked.
What's great about it: Great refund.
What's not so great: Delayed e-file submission

I was worried about all the extra forms and calculations needed. Turbo Tax guided me through all of the new "chapters of my life" I had to cover. I'd worked a partial year with HSA, then SS and a Pension. Turbo Tax guided me and covered it all. I feel very confident about the whole process. Thanks
What's great about it: Finished One Afternoon
What's not so great: None Handled All Questions

What's great about it: So easy to use. Faster then I imagined.

Turbo Tax is great! I would recommend this to anyone who is using H&R Block.....I saved A LOT of money!!!
What's great about it: Walks you through each step with detail so you don't miss anything!

Definitely a mostly positive experience. Easy to use and help topics were helpful. Schedule K-1 area needs to allow adding drop down menu lines. Code T on supplemental statement had 6 lines of financial data. I recommend Turbo Tax for those who want to do their own because their taxes are simple and so they understand the basic tax code.
What's great about it: Generally easy to use. Had difficulty e-filing until rebooted - help topic gave me the answer.
What's not so great: Schedule K-1 needs to allow adding more drop down menu lines -
Pros: I bought or sold investments

Overall very pleased with TurboTax. I use to have someone else prepare my returns and then I decided I would try TurboTax and I love how easy it is.
What's great about it: easy guide and the transport feature
What's not so great: did upload all information from previous years return
