Easier than ever!

I have been using Turbo Tax for several years now and would not think of using any other tax preparer or software. Very excellent product!!
What's great about it: Very easily walk you through the process of completing taxes with very little difficult.
What's not so great: None.

Easy and smooth except when it came to the section on "Community Property" which applies to married-filing-separate folks.
At first, TurboTax would not let me e-file as the Community Property forms are not acceptable for e-filing. After a couple of frustrating go-arounds, it let me without me making any changes!
This is not exactly confidence inspiring.

Multi State Confusion

I have used TurboTax for over 10 years. A great program and time saver. This year however it was challenging. I was doing my son's taxes. He is a resident in one state and had income in two other states. Very difficult to get info to flow from Federal Forms to all three states. Only way I could resolve this is by letting a very knowledgeable person at TurboTax take control of program and reload programs and manually copy info. I think more attention needs to be paid to multi state type returns.
What's great about it: Excellent way to do taxes
What's not so great: Difficult handling multiple states

I was looking for a 1099 from my bank and after research realized they do not have to send this form if the total credit is less than $10. It would be nice if your software suggested this.
What's great about it: straight forward
What's not so great: I was not able to efile because your software did not recognize amounts on the w2 that were on my w2.

Extremely helpful software

With a mortgage, childcare, and at one point a small business, plus two working adults with multiple jobs, Turbotax takes the fear out of tax time. Great tool to make sure that we get the maximum deductions while correctly submitting everything that we need to. Incredibly helpful that the software retains information from year to year which dramatically cuts down on the time that it takes to complete everything.
What's great about it: So easy. Walks you through everything that you may have forgotten.
What's not so great: none
Pros: My job status changed this year (switched jobs, lost a job, got a raise or promotion)

Paid, but less than I thought

This method of paying income taxes is very easy. You don't have to be a computer wizard or a CPA. Everything is pretty well explained. Turbo Tax asks the appropriate questions so that all bases are covered in filing correctly. I have used it for the past 7 years and I will use it again next year !
What's great about it: User friendly
What's not so great: Can't think of anything

I've been using Turbo Tax for at least eleven years so I've them grow in sophistication where there’s no major changes in the look and feel of the program, but subtle improvements and refinements. It’s so easy to use I don’t dread tax season!
What's great about it: Easy Navigation

Generally a good program....will use next year!
What's great about it: Last years info brought forward. Imports all broker info.
What's not so great: Does not always allow info recording of information
