Good product once you have used it twice

Every year of working with product makes it easier the following year, but still need to improve on ability to get information on each input line. Example: on state MD state form I was asked to input amount of spouse taxable income, two amounts were given, however I did not quite understand what entry was needed, so I choose the numbers provided. Not sure if this was best choice, however a (right click) option or pop up explanation of that line input would greatly help.
What's great about it: able to view tax owed or refund status as you go
What's not so great: not being able to get more guidance on specific line you are having difficulty understanding what to input

What kind, considerate, patience the person I had

72 yr. old woman, with very little income, no taxes to pay and no refund because I didn't pay in. Wondering if I even had to file. She went trough and found I did have to file but she let me file for free. For me that is a wonderful gift. I have used turbo tax for years and have always been satisfied. Thank you
What's great about it: Customer service was THE BEST
What's not so great: only problem was getting to customer survice a human being.

I have done taxes professionally for several years and now I do them for husband and myself. Turbo Tax makes it easy and quick. It is to bad that the Schedule A & D were not ready sooner, or I could have had my taxes in by January 31.
Thank you for such a good product.
What's great about it: The directions were clear and concise.
What's not so great: Did not like the fact the I had to delay my filing because forms were not ready.

Totally worth the price

I've always hated tax season. But TurboTax made it so easy! I honestly was not expecting much of a return (we didn't get much the year before). But by going through every option, we found a few deductions and credits we didn't even know we qualified for! Needless to say, it gave us a really nice return. So glad I spent the few bucks to buy it. Saved us a lot of hassle, and it didn't take all day.
What's great about it: Easy to follow, clear instructions
What's not so great: None
Pros: I had a baby, My job status changed this year (switched jobs, lost a job, got a raise or promotion)

Haven't found a better option

My return is pretty straightforward. But, just like every year, TurboTax invariably gets confused in the middle of the return and asks me to enter information that it already has (because it imported my return from last year, which I also did in TurboTax) or should be able to calculate. This year, when I started my state return, it asked me to re-enter all of my contact information and flagged weird fields as errors that it had calculated. At one point, TurboTax told me (in two different places on the same screen) that I 1) am eligible for a $26 IL refund, and 2) I owe more than $26 million in IL state taxes. My feeling about TurboTax is the same as it is every year - if I could find another program that did a better job, I'd change in a heartbeat, but there don't seem to be any. I don't understand why.
What's great about it: I haven't found anything better out there
What's not so great: Doesn't do things it should, too many mistakes

Quick and Easy

I have been a customer for over 8 years and find Turbo Tax to be reliable, fast and an easy way to do a difficult task of filling taxes. You have made filling taxes a snap and I thank you.
This is the first time I have had to ask for help and you answered my question very quickly.
What's great about it: Step by step walk thru
What's not so great: Not enough info on printing
