What's not so great: Impossible
Pros: My job status changed this year (switched jobs, lost a job, got a raise or promotion)
I always used to have problems with worksheets which demanded changes that I was not sure even what the issue was but this year I didn't experience that problem.
What's great about it: I didn't have any problems this year--better than in the past.
This was the first time ever that I did not have an error in the software that required I manually go into the forms to correct something. Outstanding.
What's great about it: None of the previous form bugs.
Filing taxes are very stressful, not because of paying taxes, but because the forms are so cumbersome. Wouldn't it be nice if the Federal Government could streamline the process. What's great about it: The easy steps that walked me through the process
What's not so great: Don't know how to use the tabs at top and lose my place
