TurboTax getter done!

I use this program for short forms, itemized forms and even small business forms. If you do not skip any sections, and allow the program to ask you questions, you can be assured you will not find a program or service that will get you any more in refund! Although I have used this program for many years (8-10) I still take the extra time to allow the questions to be asked. That way I make sure that there are no new laws or angles that I might miss. Wonderful program. Worth every penny.
What's great about it: import from previous years
What's not so great: My whole family wants me to do theirs, so I have to buy 2 copies!
Pros: My job status changed this year (switched jobs, lost a job, got a raise or promotion)

didn't give direction to state IT SBD, made me worried you will start cutting more out of deluxe turbo and I will be lost and upset to have to find another tax software!

Initially it seemed much more user-friendly than in the past. However at a couple points, I had challenges getting it to work and trying to find a solution was a bear. When it came to filing it would not accept my name and took 2 hours on the phone with support to figure it out. Hopefully next year's version will be smoother sailing. Yes I will use turbo tax next year.
What's great about it: Step-by-step was more helpful than in the past
What's not so great: Glitches that took hours to figure out and resolve

Smooth user experience

I've used TurboTax for more than 15 years and the program works better each year even as the tax laws and rules become more convoluted.
What's great about it: Nice application flow through even the most complex issues
What's not so great: Nothing
