Greater Return, but update issues

Usually I get a decent sized refund from Federal and have to pay the State. It never makes sense. This year I got a refund from both. The only problem was loading the final update on my PC. After much troubleshooting, I finally rebooted and upon opening the program it took the update. Stressful though!!
What's great about it: Found more deductions than in the past with H&R Block software.
What's not so great: Program wouldn't let me update, and wouldn't let me e-file without the update.

turbo tax expeirence for 2013

I highly recommend this software to other folks for their tax purposes.It's very easy to understand. Just follow the step by step instructions and it's alot of fun too !!! intuit ... keep up the great work !!! and don't forget ??? GO PACK GO !!!!
What's great about it: instructions were very easy to understand and to follow ... hoo ray !

Excellent Program

Overall, this program has improved every year and I am very happy with it.
What's great about it: Ease of Use with all questions very understandable
What's not so great: Only my K-1 was more difficult to input
Pros: I bought or sold investments

DIFFICULT AND EXPENSIVE

When trying to file State return with Business version it reported errors with $0 ending inventory and bad debts (there were none)
What's great about it: fills out forms
What's not so great: KEEP GOING IN A LOOP WITH AN ERROR THAT COULDN'T BE FIXED

Fast, easy, work at your own pace. Very easy to understand. Will keep using it as long as they make it!
What's great about it: Go at my own pace. Feel confident that I am getting biggest refund.
What's not so great: Nothing really.
Pros: My job status changed this year (switched jobs, lost a job, got a raise or promotion)
