Not quite...but almost like Christmas morning!

Love watching the refund meter spin up....while I wouldn't want to do my taxes everyday for fun, it certainly takes some of the anxiety out of this once-a-year evil necessity! Had an excellent experience with the chat help offered by Turbo Tax...got me the correct download and moving in the right direction before I had a change of heart about doing my taxes today rather than tomorrow....or the day after....
What's great about it: Super easy, thorough, and low stress
What's not so great: Help often doesn't go far enough and ends up referring me to the IRS website....which is, of course, useless.

I HAVE USED THIS SINCE 2008 AND IT HAS BEEN FLAWLESS EVERYTIME. I LOVE THIS PROGRAM.
What's great about it: VERY EASY TO USE
What's not so great: NONE THAT I HAD

Ok but weak for Schedule C

I found the program to be weak on tthe schedule C- especially for Freelance Writers. I had to override and insert medical premiums paid and other expenses of my Freelance writing practice.
What's great about it: They reminded me of a few items I could deduct
What's not so great: Weak on deducting premiums for medical when I have no employee sponsored medical plan

Easy Peasy

I have been using Turbo Tax for at least ten years. It continues to be clear and concise. It knows what you can deduct. There is no worry about anything being shady. I have never been audited, but I have complete confidence in my returns.
What's great about it: Very organized and clear.
What's not so great: None
