Makes a big job easy!

We've been using Turbo Tax for a number of years. The program is so simple - creative genius came up with the program. It makes a huge dreaded job painless and fast. Each year I dread sitting down to prepare our taxes, but I am amazed how easy and painless it is. How do you eat an elephant? One bite at a time - which is how Turbo Tax walks you through each category! Love it!
What's great about it: Easy prompts, walks you through the entire process.
What's not so great: Nothing.

Turbo tax has been great for the many years I've been using it. Saves me about 300-500 yearly.

iT TOOK ME A LONG TIME, BUT WORTH IT TOTALLY. i ALWAYS HATE FILING. I ALWAYS WORRY ABOUT HOW YOU ARE SUPPOSED TO INTERPRET TAX LAW, THIS IS THE 2ND TIME I HAVE CLAIMED DONATIONS. WAS GREAT ALL I HAD TO DO WAS ENTER THE NUMBERS.
What's great about it: ASKED MANY QUESTIONS
What's not so great: DIDN'T GO WITH THE FLOW OF LINES ON 1040 FORM

Easy, Easy...

I really like the program's retention of my previous year's critical information. This saves a lot of time in completing the document. Since I itemize each year, it takes me longer to assemble my data than to complete the form. Having used TurboTax in prior years, I know how to organize my input data in the most efficient way.
What's great about it: Easy to use, retains critical information from the previous year, simple logical steps to follow.
What's not so great: What's not to like?

TurboTax has been my choice for several years now. In the comfort of my own home, I can find paperwork as I need it from my files. I try to keep everything together throughout the year, but things don't always stay together. TurboTax makes it easy by guiding users through all the steps, but allows you to skip over things that you know don't apply. I'll continue to use TurboTax for my taxes as well as for my elderly parents' taxes.
What's great about it: easy, accurate, helpful
Pros: My job status changed this year (switched jobs, lost a job, got a raise or promotion)

Always use TT - and for good reason. Why use anything else?!?!
What's great about it: Fast, accurate - no issues. Stuff was explained well.
What's not so great: none
